Tuesday, August 27, 2024

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently going to the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render services to your community.

SASSA are going to be rendering companies like new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer care enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency said it really is alarmed with regards to the higher amount of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The aim with the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the higher variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This really is due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no absolutely functional office committed to service the area regularly. The service issue established for sassa status check intervention ordeals a high inflow of probable beneficiaries, which makes it difficult with the office to attend to all people who visit a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise additional sources to help the servicing of all consumers and boost usage of Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
